Total gaming revenue in the state of Nevada rose 7% year-on-year, to $1.06bn, for September.
Both table game and slot machine revenue grew, with table, counter and card games generating $369m, a 4% growth.
Baccarat, which has endured considerable falls at certain points this year, was up 54% to $108.5m.
However, the game twenty one (blackjack) was down 10%, generating $82.6m, and sports betting made $52m, an 8% drop.
In the slot category, both big takers – one cent and multi-denomination machines – were up.
Multi-denomination slot machines generated $277.8m, a 7% rise, although one cent machines were the bigger winners, making $311m, a 10% growth.
Overall, September was the fourth consecutive month of growth for the Silver State, while it also represented Nevada’s best-ever September total.
While revenue has fluctuated this year in Macau, then, Las Vegas (and the rest of Nevada) is showing this particular gaming hub can look back on 2019 fondly.
